Big game hunts

We are a full-service outfitter offering hospitality and guided hunts for the following Big Game Mountain Species. Trophy Hunting Spain prides itself on providing outstanding communication and customer service throughout the entire process, and consistently delivers high quality adventure for BIG GAME thrill seekers.

Ibex

Beceite Ibex

Found in the coastal mountains of Spain and the largest of the 4 expressions, the Beceite Ibex is considered to be the most desired hunt of the species. Not only do they have the largest body mass, but their horns also extend to an impressive width.

Ibex

Gredos Ibex

The Gredos Ibex is the most famous and most well-known type of Spanish Ibex. They inhabit the Gredos Mountains in the western part of the country. They have survived as a royal species protected by the Kings of Old Spain.

Ibex

Southeastern Ibex

Southeastern Spanish Ibex is common across the Sierra Nevada in Granada, Spain, a large mountainous region across the Southern coast of the country near the sea.

Ibex

Ronda Ibex

Ronda Ibex are the smallest of the 4 types of Spanish Ibex. They are isolated in a small mountain area in the Malaga province of Spain. These Ibex have unique body mass and horn configuration growing shorter, straighter horns.

Sheep

Iberian Mouflon Sheep

One of the world’s smallest wild sheep, resembling a slim domestic sheep except that it has a normal coat of hair, any wool being concealed beneath. We hunt these little guys in the Pyrenees; they live even higher than the Chamois.

Chamois

Pyrenean Chamois

This is the largest of the two native Chamois of Spain, both body and horns are larger than the Cantabrian Chamois.

Deer

European Roe Deer

Called the “forest elf”, the European roe deer is one of the smallest deer in world. It is widely known as a symbol of the European hunting tradition.

Deer

Iberian Red Stag

For the deer hunter, Spain boasts its own native Red Stag, hunted primarily in the Pyrenees. Though smaller than its European cousin, it makes for a superb hunt, especially during the rut.

Deer

European Fallow Deer

The European Fallow Deer, though smaller than the Red Stag, presents large, well-palmated antlers, and continues to be a great forest hunt for our clients in the Pyrenees Mountains.

Goat

Balearean Goat

The oldest remains of this species have been dated to 2030 B.C. by archeologists that have studied the fauna of the Mediterranean Sea. The Balearean Goat is indigenous to the Island of Majorca.

Chamois

Cantabrian Chamois

The Cantabrian Chamois is smaller than the Pyrenean Chamois, and a good challenge to hunt.
